All the usual workshops and professionals will be there, this will be a MEGA one day rock school spectacular packing as many things in as we can in order for all you rock schoolers to get the most out of it!

Training Them Live have many diverse projects, but Rock School has been one of our most successful. Continuously running for over 5 years now we have been able to give hundreds of young people the opportunity to get involved with music!

The project involves an intense week of music tailored to cater for any ability whether you play nothing at all or have a strong background in your musical instrument. The week is broken down into a timetable which is split equally between your chosen musical instrument, song development, funny sketches of how to perform and how not to perform, dress rehearsals.

Each Rock School has a main focus for the week and this is touched on throughout the timetable, in the past we have worked closely with Kent Police to deliver effective and eye opening classes in how to stay safe, the effects of drugs and alcohol and the risks of carrying and using knives.

All those involved in Rock School are professionals that have been through the professional paths of music and made it out the other side to tell the story. The story they tell is passed on through Rock School's giving our young musician's a chance to ask those burning question's about techniques used on their chosen instrument, what it's like to be in the music industry. Our musician's will answer all questions from our young students as we want to encourage their interest.

All Rock Schools we have done are funded by our partners, sponsors and active funding campaigns we do throughout the year so we can continue running Rock School for FREE, yes for FREE! Rock School has become so popular that we have now sustained a limited start-up fund to run a Weekly Rock School.
