Live Experience

There?s nothing like experience, The best experience is LIVE experience. We have a partner network of professional bands around Kent which allow our youth bands to perform as support acts for them. This is a great opportunity as it gives the young bands a chance to see a seasoned band in action and how they handle a LIVE situation. The bands also offer feedback on how their performance went and how it can be improved. The musicians within the band have the opportunity to ask questions to their relevant professionals about techniques and skills on their instrument.

We also offer our young people fantastic performance opportunities. In 2008 Medway council worked with us to put on a performance at Rochester Castle called Under Siege. This showcased a wide variety of young talent in Medway in an afternoon event attracting over 3000 people. The event was so successful that Medway council have decided to put on the event again for 2009. Training Them Live have been asked to be involved again so if you would like an opportunity to play at the even fill out our online application form, we will then contact you for an audition opportunity.
